THE SITUATION:

This home decor brand was not having any success with Facebook advertising. Here were their critical statistics prior to our partnership:

  • Cost per Purchase (CPA): $412
  • Return on Ad Spend (RoAS): 0.09
  • Website Conversion Rate: 1.49% (view screenshot below) (industry standard is 2-4%)

OUR APPROACH:

We did a full audit of their Facebook ads manager and noted the following:

  • No sales funnel
  • No product catalog
  • Wrong campaign objectives set
  • Ad content was not optimized
  • Low website conversion rate

Our team strategized on the type of sales funnel that would convert best in this niche and how we would quickly bring their costs down.

RESULTS:

We built their sales funnel inside of Facebook and saw immediate results as soon as our campaigns were approved and live. Here are the stats for the first 2 weeks of taking over during one of the most expensive times of the year to run digital advertisements:

  • Cost per Purchase (CPA): $10.89 decreased by 91.9%
  • Return on Ad Spend (RoAS): 5.32 -> a 3,315% increase
  • Website Conversion Rate: 3.33% -> a 224% increase
  • Purchases: Increased purchases by 16,600% with 334
  • Revenue Generated by Ads: $19,364.93 a 46,117% increase
